This wooden canister has a paper label and once contained a tin or bottle of pills. The label reads, in part, "Remedy No. 1" and has a 2 cent stamp on it for mailing and the address "Child & Son/ 1311 Wash Ave./ City", a druggist. See also 2002.1.1625
