Glass medicine bottle (probably blown in a three-part mold) entirely swathed in paper wrapping, with red sealing wax at mouth of bottle; on wrapping, illustration of woman holding child, in oval frame, next to inscription beginning "DR. PEDRO'S SOOTHERINE OR SARSPARILLA SYRUP FOR CHILDREN."; stamp near top of bottle.
