Description:
Blue nonlead glass medicine bottle blown in a three-part mold with cylindrical neck and octagonal body; paper cap tightly wrapped around top of bottle; body covered in paper wrapping printed in red and blue, with inscriptions including "SOLE MANUFACTURER, J. T. DAVENPORT, OPERATIVE CHEMIST & PHARMACEUTIVE"; sealing wax across folds of wrapping, base.
