Colorless nonlead glass medicine bottle blown in a three-part mold with down-tooled lip, cylindrical neck, rounded shoulder, rectangular body with flat chamfers, and diagonal mold seam and pontil mark on base; recessed panels on sides, front, and back; bottle covered in paper wrapping printed in black with illustration of woman next to plow and pile of flowers, with an anchor at center, above inscription beginning "ALLEN'S LUNG BALSAM"; cork in mouth of bottle.
