Description:
Three paper decals of the Seventh Regiment, New York National Guard; shield in the center divided in two by a pointed fortress wall, top half red with a gold lion and gold script initials, bottom grey with a "7" in a gold circle and torch; shield sourounded by a green circle witha gold buckle at the base and a crowned animal at the top, inscribed, "PRO PATRIA/ ET GLORIA."
