Horizontal rectangular linen flag on wooden dowel pole (dowel broken); yellow printed image at the center, of a lyre with shamrock garland below.

This minature flag was among the items found in the footlocker of William H. Paine, who served as a surveyor with the Army engineers during the Civil War.
