Description:
One of a pair of "Battersea" enamel knobs with circular faces; each with polychrome painted enamel center with bust meant to depict George Washington, with lettering below; enamels set into stamped metal face with molded edges; turned post with threaded screw at end. Slight variations in brass details: not originally a pair.
