Description:
Horizontal rectangular mourning embroidery picture in various colors of silk floss and chenille on silk ground; a female figure in empire-style dress standing beside an urn on a memorial pedestal, two trees in the foreground, a chapel in the background, the sky, foreground stream, the woman's face and hands and the memorial inscription are painted; stitches include satin, straight, knots and cross.
