Description:
Cream-colored ribbon with center circular picture of a funeral urn on a pedastal, in front of a weeping willow, printed in black ink. Above, "Sweet is the Scene Where Virtue dies" is printed, along with an image of a human eye. The pedastal reads "OBT. OCT. 6 1817/P.H.L./AET. 17 YEARS." Fringed on both ends.
