Mourning ribbon with attachment for watch fob, 1 1/4'' x 4 3/4''. Gold colored 1 1/2'' medal with picture of man on horseback suspended from over-ribbon. DEDICATED AT ALBANY OCTOBER 7, 1916 on top of medal; SHERIDAN below.
