Description:
Thin gold band with channel for memorial hair (missing) and beaded edges; small plaque with initials MEB soldered to surface; inscription with initials MAB inside shank.

This mourning ring may be from the family of Mrs. William Morris (Mary Elizabeth Babcock, 1808-1851). She married William Lewis Morris on February 7, 1827.
