Marion Bowers Lee was the second daughter of John Bowers Lee and Sarah (Hoyt) Lee of Southampton, Long Island. She married Dr. R. Ewell Brown (1870-1919), a physician and surgeon, on September 10, 1901, at South Beach, Connecticut.
