Amélie Silvie Marie De Pau was the daughter of François Narcisse De Pau and Silvie Alexandrine Maxime (de Grasse) De Pau. She married Theodosius Oliver Fowler, a captain in the New York militia, and a member of the Society of the Cincinnati, on February 10, 1820.
