Description:
Horizontal rectangular needlework picture, worked in point stitch in various colors of wool floss, in gilt frame; scene depicts Romeo and Juliet embracing in an outdoor balcony setting, Romeo is sitting on balcony's ledge, Juliette is kneeling on a stool with a pillow, both figures are in Renaissance dress, Romeo has metal beading applied to his coat.
