Reverse bears inscription at center: "MEMBERS/OF THE/NEW YORK/STOCK EXCHANGE/CHAS. GREGORY,/Wm T.CALLAWAY."; legend: "CHAS.GREGORY & CO./30 BROAD ST. N.Y." Medal is inset into circular cardboard box.
