Description:
Straight baton style wooden nightstick, slightly narrower at handle end beneath hole bored through the center for strap handle (missing).
Gallery Label:
This nightstick belonged to John W. Lamb, Assistant Alderman for New York City's 7th Ward in 1834, and Alderman of the 7th Ward in 1835.
