A tiny yellow cardboard box printed in blue on the top "The Washington Medallion Pen/ Price 25 Cents." On the reverse, "The Name, Labels and Boxes/ have been held/ Trade Marks/ by the Supreme Court of N.Y./ and the U.S. Courts"; and on the sides "Let Americans/ Write With American Pens"; and "Our Country/ Now and Forever". Probably held pen nibs.
