Description: 
Dark blue double-breasted officer's dress coat; 1" closed stand-up collar (1 hook and eye) lined with black velvet; metal attachments at the shoulder near the collar and fabric loops at the shoulders for epaulettes; 9 buttons down each side (2 missing), open false cuffs with 3 buttons on 8 1/4 (flat) sleeves; 4 panels at the back of the bodice with 2 buttons near the center at the waistline, a button on each side of the split skirt; inside lined with dark green silk, straps at the waist with hook and eye fasteners (3), sleeves lined with white satin.
