Description:
Black Navel officer's 4-pocket dress waistcoat; front is made of wool with lapels that are rounded at the bottom; 4 buttons at the stomach cast with eagle clutching an anchor in its talons, encircled by stars; reverse of waistcoat is made of black satin with 2 straps near the waistline which buckle at the center to buckle with double-tongue chape; lined withwhite silk.
