Wide light blue silk satin ribbon folded in half; with narrow silk ribbon bow at top and inscription in gold at bottom: "Col. Paine"; rectangular piece of buff cardboard with irregular edges imprinted in gold and red, with emblem of the Ohio State Tramway Association at center and inscription: "BANQUET/TENDERED/BY THE/Cleveland Members/November 20TH/'THE HOLLENDEN' "; banquet menu printed in red and black on piece of buff cardboard applied to inside of ribbon.
