Description: 
Navy blue wool double-breasted overcoat with detachable wool lining; double collar and lapels; 5 buttons down each side of the front, belt through 4 belt loops around the waist, vertical rectangular buckle with chape (no tongue), vertical pockets at each hip; closed sleeves (no cuffs) with fabric tab at the wrist which buttons down, making the wrists adjustable; 2 panels on the back; lining buttons around the inside of the coat, with silk lining at the bodice, wool remaining; vertical slit pocket at right breast of coat.
