Description:
White kid leather full length gloves with vertical openings at the wrists with three mother of pearl button closures.
Gallery Label:
These gloves belonged to Pauline Drouillard Oothout (1857-1919), a descendant of one of the older mercantile and banking families of New York. She married Karrick Van Zandt Riggs in 1884, the grandson of Mrs. Elisha Riggs, a long time resident of Paris. Karrick Riggs was a stockbroker.
