Rectangular olive felt patch with rounded top and bottom; in center is gold thread vertical propeller flanked by wing on both sides; with five lightning bolts at top and wreath at bottom.

This patch was worn by a member of the U.S. Air Service on the upper sleeves of his uniform jacket.
