Rectangular olive felt patch with rounded top and bottom; in center is gold thread helmet flanked by wing on both sides; helmet is superimposed in center of a gold wheel edged with white; wreath at bottom.

This patch was worn by a member of the U.S. Motor Transport Corps on the upper sleeves of his uniform jacket.
