Description:
A cotton felt cloth pen wipe, printed black with deep purple fringe. Given as a premium by cigar stores and manufacturers for blotting the ink from a nib pen. Part of a college collectible series-printed in the center with a scene of a man in rowing surrounded in each corner by two pennants marked "Williams"; the letter "W" and the school symbol or crest.
