Description:
Handmade white silk bobbin lace godet ruffle fragment, the foot edge is plain, inner half is tulle studded with dots, there is a row of open dot geometric design, then a row of large tulle work, the outer edge is a swagging leaf garland creating a scalloped edge which is beaded.
