Description:
This lapel button features Outcault's Yellow Kid, the first comic strip, holding a flag with a letter "Y" on it; his gown is printed with the words "I Am Rootin Fer Yale Now. Hurrah Fer Ole Eli". On the reverse it advertises "High Admiral Cigarette/ and NY Journal /Yellow Kid. A small blue number 46 indicates a series.
