Description:
Circular medal with attached pin. Obverse has stamped image of American soldier with rifle superimposed on stamped image of an industrial city; American shield is stamped above him; top border is printed "WAR SERVICE"; bottom border "MUNITIONS MANUFACTURER"; reverse is stamped "Winchester"; with the number "14969" imprinted.
