A beige pinback campaign button with a black and white photo lithographic portrait of a mustached man with the caption "Seth Low". Seth Low (1850-1916) was the Mayor of Brooklyn, 1880-1885, the President of Columia College and the Mayor of all five boroughs of New York City, elected in 1901.
