Yellowware pitcher molded with deer chase and boar chase in low relief around body; grapes, vines, and leaves on the shoulder and tall neck; crouching hound handle; dark brown mottled glaze (Rockingham).

The design of this pitcher is associated with the English modeler Daniel Greatbach, who arrived in Bennington in 1852.
