Description: 
Light blue transfer printed pitcher with octagonal foot and facets; the pitcher tapers upwards to the neck; the body of the picture depicts a landscape with male and female figures in the foreground; one male figure looks through the telescope at a castle with a river and mountains behind ; the border pattern is composed of grapes on a grape vine and features a classical temple in various places (Jenny Lind's castle).
Gallery Label: 
According to the donor, the view seen here was already being produced by the potters under a different name; however, when Jenny Lind bought the castle depicted, the name was changed in her honor.
