White cardboard matchbook printed with green and white print has a printed drawing on the front of the P.J. Clark's from the exterior on the corner of Third Avenue and 55th Street; on the reverse "RESERVATIONS PL9-1650 / FRONT .......EL5-8857 / BACK .........EL5-9307 / CLOSE COVER BEFORE STRIKING MATCH" is printed; the emblem for the Diamond Match Company is printed on the manumark between the printed text "DIAMOND MATCH DIV' and "NEW YORK, N.Y."
