Description:
An oval wood frame painted to look like a brightly grained wood around a hand-painted image of the letter "K" and "P" inset with mother-of -pearl in black circles above a knight's helmet and shoulder plates on top of three triangles, separated by swords on a light blue background. The top triangle is blue with the letter "F" in black; the triangle on the left is yellow with a "C"; and the right one is red with the letter "B". Laurel branches flank the central triangles. This incorporates the symbols representative of the fraternal organization known as the "Knights of Pythias".

The Order of Knights of Pythias is an international fraternity which was founded in Washington, DC, February 19, 1864, by Justus H. Rathbone, with lodges in the United States and Canada. The primary object of fraternal organizations is to "promote friendship among men and to relieve suffering". The distinguishing principles of the Order of Knights of Pythias are "FRIENDSHIP, CHARITY and BENEVOLENCE", hence the F.C.B. Signed J.T.Bentz.
