Single reed rim plate with single incised band in basin.
Gallery Label:
Richard Austin (1764-1817) worked in Boston, Massachusetts from 1793-1807. The stamp on this plate differs from the stamp cited in Montgomery,"A History of American Pewter", p. 215.
