Description:
A souvenir plate in a fitted, cloth lined framed behind glass. This plate has a multicolored lithographic print in the center of George Washington and another colonial leader receiving the Stars and Stripes American flag from Betsy Ross, encircled by a gold geometric border. It is printed in gold near the bottom front "Souvenir Of/ B. & W. Bernstein/ 36 and 38 So. Pearl St./ Furniture & Cloaks".
