A deep beige plate with a gold rim and on the top and bottom border "Provost & Vincent/ 201 Lincoln Street/ Lewiston, Maine/ Furniture, Sewing Machines/ Pianos, Graphonolas/ Hardware, Jewelry, Etc." around a multicolored scene of four little girls in pinafores playing around a grandfather clock with a mouse of the face encircled by the words "Hickory, Dickory, Dock/ The Mouse Ran Up The Clock."
