Description:
Molded blue transfer printed pearlware plate with slightly scalloped edges; the border pattern is composed of four irregular cartouches with vignettes with scrolls or flowers, an urn, and Asian-looking figures on a river bank; the central view depicts the White House with strolling figures in the background.
