Description:
Dark blue transfer printed plate with names of fifteen states printed on swags around the border; the central image depicts a large home with sheep on the lawn, either side is a female figure on a pedestal; the figure on the left is Justice; she has Masonic symbols on her apron and a large portrait of Washington in her right hand; the figure on the right holds a staff
