Description:
White cotton tobacco pouch printed all over with red vertical stripes; front of bag printed with a medallion portrait of George Washington surrounded by thirteen stars and the inscription, "GEORGE/ WASHINGTON/ GREATEST AMERICAN/ CUT PLUG;" on the reverse, "SMOKE AND CHEW/ GEORGE WASHINGTON/ CUT PLUG/ READY FOR THE PIPE;" remnants of a blue tobacco tax stamp across the top; red cotton ribbon ties pouch closed.
