Gold pocket watch with single-covered, open-faced case, with ribbed knob and stirrup at the top center, with watch label inside reverse cover; white porcelain face has arabic numerals hour markings, hour and minute hands and the center with openwork scroll design near pivot; "WHG" engraved on reverse cover.
