Description:
Metal prescription scale designed to be mounted atop wooden box; parts of scale include balance bar with a needle at center and a hook at each end (pans are missing) and a cylindrical shaft with cradle for balance arm and a T-shaped sheet metal extension with incised gauge markings at top; when disassembled, scale may be stored in full-width drawer in front of box.
