Description: 
Light olive (originally white?), black, and red painted leather presentation shield presented to Americus No. 1 of Morrisania, New York, by Clinton No. 1 of Mount Vernon, New York; upper half with black painted "1" appliquéd over crossed hook and ladder, with "CLINTON" and "OF MOUNT VERNON NY" in applied leather lettering on recessed panels above and below; lower half with black painted "1" appliquéd over crossed hook and ladder, with "AMERICUS" and "OF MORRISANIA NY" in applied leather lettering on recessed panels above and below; wood and wire attached to back for hanging.
