Description:
Circular metal and red enamel pin-back badge with number plate at top inscribed "771"; inscribed around circular border: "H.D. HALSEY" at top, "NO ADMITTANCE TO BUILDINGS" at bottom. Five-point star at center topped by second star with letters "N/ Y/ F/ D" in points, left to right from top; center circle of red enamel with white letters "FIRE/ LINES."
