Black velvet pumps; slip-on shoes with low-cut rounded throat; two rounded cut-outs above the toe area and wrapping around the sides of the ball of the foot; high heel tapering towards the base; black leather sole; lined with pink leather.

These pumps belonged to Ruth Draper. They were possibly worn as a part of a Spanish costume in the monologue, "At the Court of Philip IV."
