Description:
Silver struck medal with obverse showing standing figure of Dutchman flanked by female figures of America, at left, represented by a Native American woman, and Great Britain, at right, both holding shields with inscribed country names; overhead is winged putto in glory holding cap of Liberty above America's head. Reverse bears seal of the Netherlands above; inscription at center: "Aande Staaten van Friesland/TER DANKBARE NAGEDACHTENISSE/van de Landsdagen in Febr. en Apr./MDCCLXXXII/Toegewyd/door de Burger Societeit/door Vryheiden Yver/te Leeuwarden."
