Bronze struck medal; obverse with busts of Abraham Lincoln and Dwight D. Eisenhower and "REPUBLICAN CENTENNIAL * 1854-1954"; reverse with flaming torches framing famous quotations of Lincoln and Eisenhower: "With malice towards none..." and "In all those things which deal with people, be liberal..."
