Description:
Blue and white woven silk badge consisting of ornate plaque of blue silk with gilt metal frame and pin at back, imprinted in gold: "DELEGATE"; suspended beneath is cream silk grosgrain ribbon with sewn-on two crossed American flags; at lower end of ribbon is round blue silk button within gilt metal frame with text printed in gold: "Republican State Convention/NEW YORK/Saratoga, N.Y., Sept. 4, 1900."
