Description:
Blue woven silk ribbon with imprinted inscription in gold: "REPUBLICAN/COUNTY/COMMITTEE/ROOSEVELT/ AND/FAIRBANKS/HIGGINS/AND/BRUCE"; ornate plastic badge inscribed "CAPTAIN", in gilt metal frame with pin is sewn to upper edge of ribbon; circular plastic button with photographic portrait of Theodore Roosevelt is attached at center of ribbon by two metal clips.
