Description:
Dark brown silk ribbon printed in silver; depicts bust-length portrait of Ulysses S. Grant with inscription: "IN MEMORIAL/OF/Gen. GRANT/Born April 27th 1822/DIED JULY 23d 1885."; silver metallic braid edging at top and bottom; bottom fringed with silver metallic bullion. Paper label with manufacturer's name attached at top of ribbon reverse.
