Blue silk ribbon with text imprinted in gold: "NEW YORK/COUNTY/REPUBLICAN/STATE/CONVENTION"; circular plastic badge in ornate gilt metal frame suspended by metal clasp beneath; badge had image of eagle holding arrow; inscription: "SARATOGA, N.Y./SEPT. 25, 1906."
